This partnership enables eligible UnitedHealthcare members with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis full access to the program at no additional cost.
Trellus Elevate™ is a clinically proven, personalized virtual program designed to work alongside your GI providers and to complement your current treatment plan all while providing emotional, social, and nutritional support in between doctor visits. A clinical study at Mount Sinai, a leading IBD Center of Excellence, demonstrated that people who applied the Trellus Elevate™ approach became more optimistic, confident and in control of their condition, which led to a significant reduction in the number of ER visits, hospitalizations, and steroid use over time.
